For the best experience, allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface during your first burn. Before each use, trim your wick according to the recommended length for your candle type. Never burn your candle for more than four hours at a time and always keep it within sight while burning.
The first burn helps establish an even melt pool and can help prevent tunneling. Allow enough time for the melted wax to reach close to the edges of the container before extinguishing your candle.

We carefully package every Serene order, but we understand that accidents can happen during transit.
